Ms. Saedi is a partner at Saedi & Wells where she concentrates her practice on offering clients quality legal services in all aspects of bankruptcy law. She is committed to providing personal attention and affordable solutions to each client's financial obstacles.
Prior to founding Saedi & Wells, LLC, Ms. Saedi worked as a corporate attorney representing technology companies in a variety of legal issues. Ms. Saedi was responsible for drafting corporate technology policies, preparing domestic and international license agreements, and assisting companies counseling on all business related matters.
Ms. Saedi has tried numerous matters before the bankruptcy courts in the Northern District of Georgia involving creditor actions to enforce foreclosure sales, debtor's objections to creditor claims, motions for sanctions regarding creditor abuse and various other matters.
She has served as a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy issues, speaking to community and corporate groups regarding debt management, bankruptcy, and asset protection.
Lorena L. Saedi is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association. She is a volunteer with the International Refugee Committee and the Special Olympics of Georgia.

Tami Wells Thomas is a partner of Saedi & Wells, LLC, where she concentrates her practice on all areas of bankruptcy law.
She is a member of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys (GABWA) and she is involved in various community outreach activities. These include the GABWA's "Sister 2 Sister" mentoring project and Friends of the Wesley Chapel Library's Annual Book Club Conference.
Ms. Wells is an active member of Kindred Spirits Book Club, Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority Inc. and Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church.
